And one to grow on:
We all have our burdens to bear. There are things in our lives that must remain unchanged no matter the cost to our well being. But man oh man when you finally reach the other side and finally feel the sun on your face again, it’s like being reborn. It’s like you can finally breathe without the corseted restriction. You may find yourself smiling without even trying. Without that weight, you are free to love more deeply. To appreciate more whole heatedly. To be more present in the moment where you sit. Change is always good but sometimes it is liberating. I hoped I would land here. I dreamed that if I kept my head down and did the work I would one day rest my feet on green grass. Here I am, and I have to tell you the view is beautiful and the sound track is all of my favorite songs.
